Chad Potts joined American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) in 2009 after being personally recruited by the same Agent who provided him an insurance policy. His grandfather referred the Agent to Chad to provide life insurance but it evolved into a friendship and later a career. Chad was working at a plastic factory and doing massage therapy when he was enticed to join AIL because he always saw his new friend driving nice cars and enjoying time off. Joining AIL afforded Chad the opportunity to show others a lifestyle and career they didn’t know existed by helping others grow into leaders. He says the most rewarding part about joining AIL has been “Duplicating myself in others to help them grow with me and my Agency.
