About Carroll Home Services For more than 100 years Carroll Home Services (CHS) has kept Baltimore-area homes and businesses comfortable and satisfied providing rock-solid service and quality workmanship on every job we deliver. We’ve come a long way since Benson Phelps and Carroll Faye ported coal by horse-drawn wagon to their Maryland neighbors but the vision of our founders – to bring a valued service to local people who need it – remains the driving force behind our business.
