Coastal Horizons Center promotes choices for healthier lives and safer communities by providing a continuum of quality professional services for prevention crisis intervention sexual assault victims criminal justice alternatives mental health and substance use disorder treatment services. Coastal Horizons Center is a private non-profit service organization servicing Eastern North Carolina. Coastal Horizons is governed by a Board of Trustees representing a cross-section of residents from the area with services provided by a staff of qualified professionals.
