Dawn Self has been in the mortgage industry since 2003 and in the finance industry since 1990. She has extensive experience in originating conventional FHA USDA non-conforming and VA loans. Dawn is licensed in Kentucky Indiana Tennessee and Florida. She is very active in the real estate community in Louisville KY and the surrounding counties. Dawn is great in customizing loans for each individual clients needs. She will find the best home financing package for each clients long and short term investment goals. She also will work with each client on a one on one basis to help them obtain the financing they are looking for.
