I Tracy Lee Landess (I go by Lee) began working with the family business as a child as did my oldest brother Stephen Jean Landess and our middle brother Mark Allen Landess (Deceased). I joined the Dallas Fire Department in February 1983 and retired a Driver engineer on May 1 2018 a little over 35 years. A Dallas Fireman. for 29 years Jean retired a Captain in 1974. He continued working in many endeavors until his passing on 6 5 2019 at the age of 95 less than 3 months after the passing of the love of his life Nelda married on 5 4 1950. Anyone my parents met and they were almost always together would quickly hear how Nelda had Saved him from being a worldly hard living man. Jean Landess had more integrity than any man I've ever known as did Nelda as a woman. That integrity was reflected in the way they conducted business throughout the years. They were not all about the Almighty Dollar they conducted all their affairs in a Christian manner.Continuing that tradition is our bottom line.
