Welcome! After slowly cultivating a passion toward pelvic health physical therapy over my years of clinical practice I am pleased to be offering this specialized service as an independent provider. My mission is to provide kind thorough consistent thoughtful and empowering treatment for women and men that meets your individual needs to improve your quality of life reduce pain and restore your bowel bladder and sexual health. I graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah in 2011. I have continually developed my skills as a clinician working at leading hospitals and clinics in Salt Lake City and have participated in extensive post professional continuing education with premier faculty and clinicians in the field. I opened Restore & Core Physical Therapy in 2020. In my free time I love learning new things helping others breathing fresh air petting my dog being with my family enjoying the mountains by foot ski or bike stretching my body and mind and strengthening my body and spirit.
